Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the SeatSpace website and services. By accessing this website, submitting a request, or purchasing tickets through SeatSpace, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with these Terms & Conditions, you should not use our website or services.
2. About SeatSpace
SeatSpace is a ticket sourcing service that assists clients in securing access to events, including concerts, sporting events, festivals, and other live experiences.
SeatSpace is not the event organizer, venue operator, promoter, or primary ticket issuer unless explicitly stated otherwise. Unless clearly stated, SeatSpace is an independent ticket sourcing service and is not affiliated with the event organizers, venues, promoters, teams, artists, or rights holders referenced on this website.
3. Nature of Our Service
SeatSpace provides a service through which clients may submit ticket requests for specific events. After reviewing a request, SeatSpace may present one or more ticket options based on availability, market conditions, and client preferences.
Submitting a request does not guarantee ticket availability, pricing, or fulfillment. Any ticket option presented by SeatSpace is subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
SeatSpace reserves the right to decline any request at its discretion.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts in order to use our services.
If you are acting on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms & Conditions.
5. Requests and Ticket Availability
All ticket requests are subject to review and availability.
SeatSpace does not guarantee that:
tickets will be available for every requested event,
tickets will be available in a specific section, row, or category,
the requested quantity will be available,
tickets will be available at or below a specific budget,
any request will result in a successful purchase.
Ticket availability may change at any time before confirmation.
6. Ticket Options and Pricing
Where tickets are available, SeatSpace may present one or more ticket options to the client. Prices may vary based on market demand, event popularity, location, seating, timing, and supply.
Ticket prices may be above face value.
Any price communicated by SeatSpace is only valid at the time it is presented, unless otherwise stated. Prices may change until the client confirms and payment has been received, unless SeatSpace has expressly reserved the tickets at that price.
7. Confirmation and Purchase
A booking is only confirmed once SeatSpace has:
confirmed the client’s selected ticket option, and
received full payment or any agreed deposit.
Until confirmation is made, no contract for the purchase of tickets is formed.
SeatSpace reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order prior to confirmation if:
the tickets are no longer available,
the pricing has materially changed,
incorrect information was supplied,
fraud, misuse, or unauthorized activity is suspected,
payment cannot be successfully processed.
If payment has already been made for an unfulfilled order, SeatSpace will refund the amount paid for that order.
8. Payment
Payment must be made using an approved payment method accepted by SeatSpace.
By making payment, you confirm that:
you are authorized to use the chosen payment method,
the payment details provided are accurate,
the funds are available.
SeatSpace reserves the right to require full payment in advance.
Where applicable, SeatSpace may request additional verification before processing an order.
9. Delivery of Tickets
Tickets will be delivered in the format made available by the seller, issuer, or event organizer. This may include:
mobile tickets,
PDF or e-tickets,
digital transfer,
physical tickets,
hospitality documents,
other valid forms of event access.
Delivery timing may vary depending on the event, issuer, and ticket source. Some tickets may only become available shortly before the event date.
SeatSpace will use reasonable efforts to ensure tickets are delivered within a suitable timeframe before the event. However, exact delivery timing cannot always be guaranteed in advance.
It is the client’s responsibility to provide accurate delivery and contact information.
10. Event Changes, Postponements, and Cancellations
Events may be changed, postponed, rescheduled, relocated, partially performed, or canceled by the organizer, venue, artist, team, promoter, or governing body.
SeatSpace is not responsible for decisions made by event organizers or third parties.
10.1 Postponed or Rescheduled Events
If an event is postponed or rescheduled, tickets will generally remain valid for the new date unless otherwise determined by the event organizer or ticket issuer.
SeatSpace is not required to provide a refund solely because you are unable or unwilling to attend the rescheduled event.
10.2 Canceled Events
If an event is canceled and not rescheduled, any refund, credit, or replacement is subject to the policy of the original seller, ticket issuer, organizer, or venue.
Where SeatSpace successfully receives a refund from the relevant source, SeatSpace will pass on that refund to the client, less any non-refundable service or administrative costs if disclosed and permitted by law.
If no refund is made available to SeatSpace by the relevant ticket source, SeatSpace is not obliged to issue a refund from its own funds.
10.3 Other Event Changes
No refund or compensation is guaranteed in the event of:
changes to line-up,
changes to supporting acts,
changes to seating layout,
partial performances,
changes in event times,
venue changes,
changes in event format,
any circumstances outside SeatSpace’s control.
11. Refunds and Cancellations
All sales are final unless otherwise required by law or explicitly agreed in writing.
Once tickets have been confirmed and purchased on your behalf, orders cannot be canceled by the client simply due to a change of mind, scheduling conflict, travel issues, or other personal circumstances.
Refunds are not available except where:
required by applicable law,
expressly approved by SeatSpace in writing,
a refund is received from the original ticket source for a canceled event.
If a refund is approved, SeatSpace may deduct any non-recoverable transaction, sourcing, administrative, or service costs where lawful and previously disclosed.
12. Ticket Use and Admission
You are responsible for complying with all event rules, venue policies, and admission requirements.
Entry to an event is ultimately controlled by the venue and/or event organizer. SeatSpace does not control venue entry procedures.
You are responsible for:
attending on time,
presenting valid identification if required,
complying with venue terms,
ensuring your mobile device, app access, or email access works where relevant,
checking any event-specific restrictions.
13. No Guarantee of Specific Outcome
SeatSpace does not guarantee:
uninterrupted website availability,
that every request will be fulfilled,
that every event listed will have ticket availability,
specific seat views unless expressly confirmed,
admission where the client has failed to comply with venue or ticket conditions,
that listed schedules, artists, teams, dates, or event details will remain unchanged.
All event schedules and information on the website are for general informational purposes only and may be subject to change.
14. User Responsibilities
By using the website and services, you agree that you will not:
provide false or misleading information,
misuse the website,
interfere with the website’s operation,
submit fraudulent requests,
use SeatSpace content without permission,
engage in abusive, unlawful, or harmful conduct toward SeatSpace or its representatives.
You are responsible for ensuring that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
15. Intellectual Property

Event schedules, locations, dates, and descriptions may change without notice. Website content is provided for general informational purposes and should not be relied upon as the sole source of event information.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SeatSpace shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
loss of profits,
loss of opportunity,
travel or accommodation costs,
disappointment,
loss arising from event changes,
inability to attend an event,
technical issues outside SeatSpace’s control.
SeatSpace’s total liability in connection with any order or claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client to SeatSpace for the relevant order.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
18. Force Majeure
SeatSpace shall not be liable for any delay, failure, or inability to perform its obligations where such delay or failure results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
natural disasters,
war,
terrorism,
strikes,
pandemics,
cyber incidents,
government actions,
transport disruption,
ticket issuer failures,
event organizer actions,
technical failures of third parties.
19. Suspension or Refusal of Service
SeatSpace reserves the right to refuse service, cancel requests, suspend access, or restrict use of the website if it reasonably believes that:
these Terms & Conditions have been breached,
fraud or misuse is suspected,
unlawful activity may be involved,
payment risk is present,
continuing the transaction would create unreasonable risk or liability.
20. Privacy
Your use of the website is also subject to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
By using SeatSpace, you acknowledge that your personal information may be processed in accordance with those policies.
21. Changes to These Terms
SeatSpace may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on the website and will take effect from the date of publication.
